Meet Michael & Kristin Robinson, proud owners of Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland since September 2010. Contrary to common knowledge, the Raine & Horne Office in Pomona is the longest-standing real estate establishment in the Noosa Hinterland area, housed in the same building in Pomona since its inception. Through conversations with previous owners, the couple traced the opening of the office back to approximately 1984, making it one of the earliest Raine & Horne offices in Queensland. Kristin shares, "I actually started working in the office when I left school, before pursuing further studies and starting a family."

Both Michael and Kristin have deep roots in the area, with Michael being a longtime Cooroy local and Kristin moving to Pomona at the age of 7.

In September 2015, the couple strategically opened the Cooroy office while retaining the Pomona office, leveraging their extensive history and local knowledge. This decision has proven successful, with both the Pomona and Cooroy offices flourishing, even amidst the closure of several others. Kristin emphasizes their loyalty and pride in the Raine & Horne brand, stating, "We are very loyal people and are exceptionally proud of and committed to the Raine & Horne brand. You will not see us jumping and changing when it suits. We are Raine & Horne through and through and enjoy the supportive family nature of the business."

Beyond their professional commitments, Michael and Kristin cherish moments spent with their grown-up children. They engage in activities such as working on the family property, camping, and enjoying time near the water. If Michael isn't busy running Open Homes on the weekend, his ideal weekend involves beach time with a fishing rod in one hand and a beer in the other, while Kristin relaxes with a good book.

Despite the challenges of being married business partners, the couple agrees that the highs of their journey definitely outweigh the lows. "Our team is our extended family," they affirm.
