As a little tacker, on the way to Saturday morning sport, James used to race out of the car to drop-off the inspection boards and auction flags for his dad.

Today, he’s proud to carry the legacy of a second generation local real estate agent. And sport in Sunbury remains a big part of James’ life.

With a background in property management at our Gisborne office, James has gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate. As a good communicator, he’s well equipped to support your home or investment activities.

James is one of Raine & Horne’s younger and most enthusiastic agents. His genuine excitement for the industry is evident in the goal to grow his own property portfolio.

He loves that every day in real estate is different. And he’s inspired by his dad’s approach that honesty and transparency are the only ways to do business.

As a fully Licensed Estate Agent, James has taken a prominent role at the Sunbury office, growing great relationships through his broad networks. He’s also built a fantastic track record with great results for vendors.

James has seen how his hard work can change lives, with properties he’s sold over reserve leaving a legacy for the family of his clients.  

Having lived in Sunbury all his life, James has exceptional local knowledge and a community spirit.

He’s enjoyed a long and fruitful membership with the Sunbury Lions, as part of the 2012 senior premiership team and current player. He also enjoys spending time on the golf course, and with his friends and family.
