Tom joined the team at Raine & Horne St Marys in 2006 straight from school and from the outset he made it his business to learn everything there is to know about the profession of real estate

In addition to being a licenced real estate agent, Tom is a licenced strata manager and stock and station agent.

An enthusiastic and highly experienced member of the team, Tom today leads the property management team at Raine & Horne St Marys, as its business development manager. This means that if you’re a new or established investor looking for a property specialist to manage your asset, Tom will be your first point of contact at Raine & Horne St Marys, which has a peerless record for managing local properties dating back to the early 1970s.

With Tom at the helm, we can assure you that property management is not an afterthought at St Marys. “When I meet a new investor, I treat it as opportunity to build a long-term relationship with them,” said Tom. “We pride ourselves on becoming a partner with our owners advising them about how to maintain high occupancy rates, and the best ways for maximising an investment property’s income potential. I’m a big advocate for achieving the best yield possible and not overcapitalising, while it really helps that I am very familiar with strata management.”
