A vastly experienced realtor who joined Raine & Horne St Marys in 1992, John can list a residential or commercial property for sale, represent the interests of landlords, and mediate seamlessly with tenants.

Born and bred in Penrith, John’s broad real estate experience includes liaising with the Department of Housing, the Public Trustees, mortgagees and other portfolio clients. With a flair for writing, John also takes the lead in preparing property development and project tenders on behalf of Raine & Horne St Marys.

A qualified real estate practitioner with a Certificate of Registration, John is well-regarded for his calm demeanour, as well as his dedication to chasing up loose ends on behalf of Raine & Horne St Marys’ landlords, whether it’s a tenant in arrears or a repossession situation. John is adept at finding win/win solutions for all parties in a composed and timely manner. 

Now a resident of the Blue Mountains, John attributes his successful property career to the enjoyment he garners from “working with people, and if there is a difficult situation requiring some special attention, resolving it. I get a kick out of this.”
