Ivy Lin

I’m Ivy, and I currently work as a resident manager in a management rights business. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management, and I’m a fully licensed real estate agent in Queensland. This dual role allows me to handle both sales and leasing transactions while overseeing the daily operations of our properties.

My background includes three years with IGH Hotel Group as a Sales Executive and Assistant Marketing Director before relocating to Australia. Additionally, I bring over ten years of experience from managing a family-owned business, where I developed a meticulous approach to onsite management and a keen eye for detail.

In my role, I pride myself on my highly detailed and meticulous nature, which helps me achieve outstanding results in both buyer and tenant management. I believe that careful attention to every aspect of sales and leasing ensures the best outcomes for my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy repairing things, cooking, and savouring a good glass of wine. Most importantly, I cherish the time I spend with my daughter and son, making family life a central part of my daily routine.
