Melissa Cowley

Growing up I had two loves; children and Real Estate. Both of these are very different, but have always held a special place in my heart. I am lucky that I have been able to work in both industries and now being a Mum, I get to still have both loves in my life. I go home to my daughter, but spend my day doing what satisfies my mind; helping and supporting people, making their lives run a little smoother and ultimately just making people happy. I've always been the girl that doesn't need to cook the fancy meal and take all the credit, but prefers to clean the kitchen at the end of the night after the food and drinks have been enjoyed. I am so happy to be behind the scenes knowing I’m making my best contribution to the bigger picture.

I have worked in Real Estate for more than 15 years across a range of areas, all of which have revolved around client service. What makes me truly happy is seeing the people around me happy, whether they be our clients or my team. I love being ‘the supporter’, and when I help make our processes and procedures run smoothly for my team and clients so they can be stress-free and achieve their goals, I achieve mine.

Raine and Horne Green Square is well and truly my home away from home. We are a family, we support each other, we understand what makes a team, we have respect for each other and most importantly, we truly appreciate our clients. This place brings out the best in me and lets me bring my strengths to an industry that I have always loved.
